This is my take on "More-Mooka-Madness Monotangle-Mania" for the Diva's weekly challenge.

Again the pencil shading is darker IRL.

Zendala Dare #49

Another fun template this week from The Bright Owl. Just noticed I forgot to shade - I'll do that tomorrow :)

Here is the same Zendala with shading. I'm never able to get pencil shading to show very well in scans - there's more of an effect in person.

Adventures in Monotangles #3

I struggled with this adventure! Someone needs to invent more triangular tangles LOL

I drew two and a half zentangles and then decided my first one was the best. Here it is done with Insydout.

Decided to finish the "half" monotangle that I had started. I think this tangle is Feathers.

Week 110 Zentangle Challenge #2

I think I like this no box thing LOL. This is another larger piece about 6 x 5. I don't know why I thought I had to draw small Zentangles - unless it's the 5 or 6 years of doing ATCs and 4 x 4 chunkies. It's not like I don't have bigger paper :D

Week 110 Zentangle Challenge

This week we were to think outside the box. I drew a large tangle (5.5 x 6.5 inches) and used a large pen - .35 mm - LOL
I started my tangle in the center with no planned boundary. I just kept going until I felt like it had a finished balance.

Zendala Dare #49

Drawn for weekly Zendala Dare by The Bright Owl. The template is given and you get to fill it up as you please. I find them very relaxing because it's so repetitive. Tried some color on this one.

More Monotangling

I was inspired by Roy and his tangled icosahedron. So I just had to try a tangled flexagon. You can get detailed instructions for making a flexagon at Aunt Annie's Crafts

I drew variations of Rick's Paradox in all the triangles,
using six different ink colors for each side.

This is my first (or maybe second) time to ever draw this tangle pattern, 'Rick's Paradox' - much easier to do than it looks.

Zentangle Quest - this is just a small sampler to see if I could make tangle patterns go around coulumns - not that easy to do!

Zendala Dare 47

Another fun challenge from the Bright Owl. This week we were to remove some lines from the template. I think it's obvious which ones I removed :D

Alice in Wonderland

This ZIA is a 4x4 chunky. I will be adding some dangly ribbons and beads.
